Happy to announce the start of our Horton Heath Litter Pickers journey!
Yesterday (27th April 2026) we did our first litter pick, starting at the junction of Burnetts Lane and Meadowsweet Way, ending in the middle of Blind Lane.
We were 7 strong in our efforts (plus our lovely photographer, of course!), and we collected an absolutely incredible (or depressing, depending on your point of view) 18 bags of litter!
At the end, some of us celebrated our first outing with a drink at the lovely Brigadier Gerard.
Next time, we plan to pick the route between where we left off on Blind Lane and the pub. Why not join us?
